Wedding Watch  I know there’s no such thing, but I’m creating one.haha I have been searching for the perfect watch for us. Since Forp is not a watch person, I told him that its time for him to own one (Just lucky for me because I will be having one also.haha -). He agreed but I want it to be memorable so I told him if ever we will buy one, it should be a “his & hers” kind of thing. After almost a year of asking and showing and pursuing him on the perfect piece, ATLAST we found one or at least I insisted on one.haha =D
Side Story: This is actually all Lovely’s fault, haha Bru wala kang magagawa. When I saw Lovely’s pictures during her BAR exams, I already saw her watch and super duper envied her for having it. Now that she’s a BUM for a while, I keep on forgetting to ask her where she got it (Ms. Kalimot Rox again). Until I finally knew what it was. Hay I was so glad, she told me that it was a gift from her BF(and soon to be h2b). Kind of a "his and hers" thing also, and yes ginaya namin sila.haha =D So I then searched the internet for such brand, and got myself stared at the monitor of my computer for at least a minute. I really love the styles and the colors of this brand, why I haven’t’ seen this before.
At the end we ordered a pair. And yes I’m skipping the middle part because I think it will show how Braty I am on this issue.haha Yes Joam and Pagan, I admitted it already. But now I’m just spoiled by Forp for giving me what I usually want. =D
Another Side Story: We bought our pair using our wedding fund since we think that we really had a great deal with our wedding bands, thus having a little extra for the watch.hehe Of course sabi ko lang “we” but its really just “me” haha =D
I won't be uploading pictures of it when we have them because I think I won't wear them on our wedding day. It will definitely not go well with my gown, and JP and Dennis will surely be killing me if I insisted on it.haha =D
Update(27/10/08): I have recieved mine today, sadly it's not the one on the picture. =( Good news is it still looks great, the only difference is the strap but its still the same watch. Does this mean that its not actually a his and hers kind of thing? Maybe we can get another style.haha Joke! =P. Can't use it as of the moment becuase Forp and I promised that we will use it at the same time, as of now I still have to wait for Wednesday for his watch to arrive. =D Here's the pic of the one delivered. Although the strap looks a little lighter compared with the pics.=P I'm really happy that I got this kind of watch since I will be starting my full time exercise and diet this NOV.

Change of Venue Yes, we had a sudden change of venue(from Midlands Veranda to Highlands Country Club Veranda) due to some reasons.
First, the rain. Since our wedding day will be in the end of June, which in some years is already the start of rainy season, we were afraid that the guest that will be having their table in the veranda(lucky for them because they can see the view and the sunset) will experience some rains if ever. We really don’t want that to happen.
Second, the wind. This was a second worry for me since Tagaytay is windy at times or all the time, maybe the centerpiece for the tables in the veranda will just be ruined. Worst case scenario is that the guest will have a hard time eating and enjoying themselves since all of the things around them will be flying in different directions especially all made out of clothe. =D
Third, the Cocktails Area. Midlands can accommodate 300pax I think, but sadly there will be no room for cocktails area since the veranda will be also used for the guest tables. Sadly I want a different area for the cocktails so that our guest will have time to mingle and wait for us while we do our pictorials. =D
Lastly, the View. Although riding the funiculars will absolutely show what a spectacular view Highlands has, still when they go straight to the Reception(Which is 1 escalator and a few steps away) they will not see the rest of the place.
With that reasons in front of us, we never hesitated and had JP changed our venue.

I think there's really not much of a difference in the interior of the venue, but look at the view. Both has a magnificent view that our guest will hopefully enjoy. =D Well, they actually will becuase the view of the midlands will be seen in the Funicular ride and chapel while the view of the Highlands will be seen in the venue. Yey! 2 in 1. =D
My Wedding Gown  I have been searching for the perfect gown since January this year, and may I just say that it was a very frustrating experience. I mean, seeing all the magazines and website and not having one gown that I liked. Well yes there are some instances that I saw something that I might like, but after a few weeks they just seem blah to me.
I’m not looking for princess-Diana-looking-kind-of-gown, I’m just looking for a gown that would be perfect in my eyes. I mean we all know that (quoting from w@wies) it will be the most expensive kind of clothing that I will wear, so I have to make the best out of it right? And I don’t care if other people will judge it. All I want is to have it perfect for my day and for me.
So after almost 10 months of searching, at last I found it!!! Well parts of it actually. I saw 5 different gowns and put them all together in one.haha I know its weird, but I liked only some parts. And I talked with Dennis (Designer), and he liked it! So happy again! Good thing even though I had a hard time describing it to him through email he got it instantly. Duh! He’s a designer and a good one if I may add.
Talking to Dennis with the design was a breeze. But when he said that I should be sending him my measurements by Jan 2009, problems occurred. I was actually laughing because I thought he was just joking with the date. Wrong! He was dead serious and my heart stopped. I’m really happy that I lost 8KG since the beginning of this year, but now knowing that I might not lose 10KG more before Jan was a nightmare. And Christmas is also coming. They should just shoot me in the head because it’s really impossible to cut 5KG from your weight in a month. Still I’m hoping that this could happen.
So from this day on, I will have to run/jog everyday until the end of May 2009. And parties will definitely be a big NO to me. And on Christmas, I will just lock myself somewhere.haha
Note* The picture is not the gown that I want(although its still beautiful right?). I want it to be a surprise to everybody. But I have uploaded them in my inspiration tab, which means eyes only for my closest friends and 3 w@wie friends. =D
Damas and 8 Months to go =D  I can’t stop smiling!!! I swear this is one of those days that I think everything in the world is in its perfect place on the right time.haha I know, weird or corny but it just so happens that I love this very moment and this day. Why? Atlast, we bought our wedding rings/bands. Parang I can’t believe it. 9 months ago I was just thinking of what to buy and uploaded pictures of designs that we might like. And now we have one.
It was unplanned actually. We have been to stores and tried on some rings pero we didn’t talked about on when to buy it. Lagi lang conversation is that we are sooo excited to have it with us na, never when or saan talaga bibilihin exactly. Until last June my mom, sister and I found the perfect ring from Damas. It was what Forp and I had talked about. He wanted it plain, no diamonds, no secondary color. Ako I wanted it identical. So we decided on a plain gold wedding band. I plan on not removing it, kesehodang naglalaba ako or naghuhugas ng pinggan or whateever ayoko na syang tanggalin. Kaya I think the simple the better. What’s important is its ours and it was blessed by God for us. Here I go again, I mean I would really love to have an eternity ring as a wedding ring pero when you think about it it just gives the same meaning diba? That you are married and that ring binds you forever as husband and wife. Kanya kanya lang talaga ng gusto yan and walang pakialamanan.haha =D
We haven’t have it actually, we just bought them today but they have to resize one of them and engrave our names and the date. And I am proud to say na same ring size na kme ni Forp, meaning I lost weight na talaga.haha So happy!!!

Cocktails & Cocktail Napkins  SIDE KWENTO: When JP and I talked last Jan 2008, I thought that we will not have cocktails anymore since we will be having the Ceremony by 4:30PM and the reception by 6:30PM then straight to Dinner. Wrong! All the while I thought the Ceremony was 4:30 PM hindi pala, it was 4:00PM. Silly me, the bride who doesn't know the exact time of her wedding.haha.
June 2008 came and we(forp & I) decided to move the time of the Ceremony to 3:30 PM because I want everything to start a little earlier so that the guest will not be in a hurry to go back to Manila since it will be more than an hour drive.
Moving everything in an earlier time was no effort since I think we're the only couple in our church and venue who is getting married on that date(as of now), even the suppliers were ok with it. =D SInce it's earlier, we can't serve dinner at 5:30 in the afternoon, it was just too early. So then we decided we need to have cocktails.
While I was chatting with my w@w friend Pagan and informing her on the changes that we made, she then gave me a suggestion to order cocktail napkins on eBay. I think it will be a great idea and would surely be a nice touch. I mean, what's the point of cocktail napkins if it weren't going to be use in the cocktail hours right? =D
I have recieved them just now, I will post pictures in the Albums Tab as soon as I get a hold of my Cam. =D
Ang papel...BOW!
After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the papers that I ordered online, eto na sila. I will post pictures as soon as I get a hold of my Cam.=p
I'm sooooo excited kse this means that I can start my DIY na. As usual, my always worry is that sana hindi sya maging palpak. I plan to make all the DIY's in my wedding in uniform colors thats why I ordered a lot(5KG worth of paper). Now the only thing I need to do is start. Goodluck!

10 Months and counting
I'm really enjoying the countdown that Forp and I are having. Usually when we have our daily telebabad before going to sleep, theres always the phrase "16-15-14-13-12-11-10 months na lang". Nakakatuwa, nakaka-excite and of course nakakaloka na isipin that time is passing by so fast talaga.
Updates? Wala pa masyado! =p I have ordered(US) the papers that I will be using for my DIY's, I'm just waiting for them to be delivered here in Kuwait and hoping that this will be my last order(and yes, I have already ordered several times and I didn't like any of them).
Wedding Invites Where do I begin?!?
From the first day that we started our preps for the wedding, never in my wildest dream that I would think that making your Invites for the wedding will be so stressful. I mean yes, I'm sooooooooo blessed that Noky(Sorry NOKY! I know nakakainis na, promise this will end soon) is there to listen to all of my ideas and keeps on making samples that in the end will not be the ONE! Its not her, obviously its me.
I'm not saying that I have the budget for a drop-dead-super-beautiful wedding invites that I dream of. But all I want instead is something that would make people appreciate what we have given them. Something that would make them look again and feel the celebration with us.
So until this day, nothing is final yet. Hoping that Noky will not kill me or have a breakdown with all the ideas I give her.

Nothing to update Officially it's just 11 months to go! How time flies so fast, naks!haha
Sad to say, I don't have any updates for our wedding. Wala pa din kseng answers ang mga suppliers ko regarding some clarifications and questions I sent them.
As of now, I'm still browsing the internet for some ideas. I'm also trying my best to do some DIY's, goodluck sa career ko since I know I don't have an artistic side.
